Hi, I’m Hayley—English born, now living in Sydney, and a proud mum of two little ones.

Growing up in a single-parent household meant luxury items were never a priority. Gratitude and making the most of what we had was our way of life. As I got older, I fell in love with makeup, clothes, bags, and shoes—but my thrifty nature made it hard to justify spending big on designer price tags. I admired the look and quality on aspirational people and peers, but I always had other priorities: travel, education, and now, my children.

Thrifting and buying second-hand became my way of enjoying life’s luxuries without the guilt. Not only could I get the beautiful pieces I’d dreamed of, but I could do it for a fraction of the cost—and still invest in what really mattered.

I started Re-Loved Bag Club because I was tired of seeing pre-loved bags resold at outrageous markups. Yes, businesses need to make a profit—but where’s the heart? I want to bring real bargains to people like me: those who love beautiful things but still have families, dreams, and goals to prioritise.
